Purchase a home/condo/townhome in the Austin area by 12/31/2016 and we pay 25% of our commission directly toward your student loan in lieu of a donation to charity*. In return, you agree to volunteer the equivalent number of hours at your favorite non-profit at the rate of $25/hr.
Example: A $1,500 student loan payment would require 60 hours of community service. Get rewarded for the good you are already doing in the community!
*Payment will be made directly to student loan servicer. Payment may be considered taxable income to buyer.
